Getting Help

If you are unable to login to myDCC, you must phone the DCC Help Desk. 1-866-334-9179. On campus dial extension 4357.

You MUST HAVE your DCC Photo ID Card ready when you call and must also provide the last 4 digits of your social security number.

If you don’t have a DCC Photo ID Card, you will need to visit the Help Desk in person at CBI130 or one of the staffed Computer Labs on Campus and present a driver’s license, passport, etc. The labs where you can get help signing on to myDCC:
